This frame is attached with screws to a strainer and the side edges of the canvas. The canvas is slack and undulates slightly. The varnish is slightly discolored in places. Minute accretions are visible occasionally. A soft horizontal impact with associated small losses is to the center lower edge. A small loss with associated hairline cracks is below the center right edge, and one is to the lower right corner. Faint hairline cracks are visible occasionally. A small, soft indentation with associated pinpoint losses is to the upper right quadrant in a dark blue passage, and a faint hairline crack is adjacent. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
