The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. The surface of the top element appears slightly mottled, in keeping with the natural aging process of the media. The rods have settled naturally over time into sections separated by gaps of negative space varying in size and some are out alignment. Some of the rods are partially missing with small remnants visible under close inspection at the top and bottom of the work.
