The sheet is hinged at the upper edge to the backing board. The edges of the sheet are deckled with associated wear and tears in places. A few spots of soiling are to the upper right quadrant and a few pinpoint accretions are to the lower left quadrant, all visible within the margins and not affecting the image. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
