The sheet is affixed to the backing board. There is minor undulation throughout due to the nature of the medium. There is minor surface soiling on the lower edge of the center element. There are surface abrasions with pinpoint accretions along the right and left edges of the right element. A small tear is to the center lower edge of the left element. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
