The work is structurally sound. There is some pinpoint lifting the extreme lower corners. There are a few pinpoint paint losses to the extreme edges. There is a hairline abrasion to the lower vertical edge, measuring approximately 1.5cm in length. It is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
