The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. There are hairline cracks to the extreme upper right corner and to the extreme left vertical edge. There is a slight canvas draw to the extreme upper left corner. When examined under ultraviolet light there is some faint fluorescence visible to the upper horizontal edge which does not fluoresce in a manner consistent with retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
