The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) The work is structurally sound. It is our view that the work appears to be in very good condition.
(ii) The work is structurally sound. There is one pinpoint accretion to the lower left of the back rest of the chair. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in very good condition.
(iii) The work is structurally sound. There are few pinpoint losses to the right rear leg of the chair. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in very good condition.
