The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the four corners. The sheet undulates very slightly in places at the extreme horizontal edges. There is a tiny paper loss at the tip of the upper right corner. A speckled area of accretion is visible to the left of the artist's signature, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method.
