The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet undulates in places. Artist pinholes are visible at the corners and edges. There are losses to the paper at the extreme upper edge and in the upper right corner. A few pinpoint discolorations are visible near the upper edge. Under raking light, a translucent residue is visible intermittently along the upper edge, presumably in association with past framing. There are whitish accretions or streaks intermittently along the lower edge.
