The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corners and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are deckled and there is a tiny partial tear to the deckle at the upper right edge. Pinpoint spots of faint discoloration, possibly foxing, are scattered predominately in the lower left quadrant. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
