The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. A fine layer of surface dust and a few cobwebs are present. Minor wear with a few associated losses are to the corner-tips and edges and a small loss is to the lower left corner-tip. Handling marks are to the reverse near the lower edge and a fine linear abrasion is to the lower right corner of the reverse. Surface variation, including accretions and small spots of stray media are occasional. A few fine hairline cracks are to the left outer edge.
