The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is fully laid down to the board. An artist's pinhole is to the lower left corner. Minor wear and slight discoloration is to the corner-tips and edges and three tiny indentations are to the upper left corner-tip. A fine abrasion is near the upper center edge and another is to the upper right quadrant of the sheet. Pinpoint accretions and faint handling marks are occasional. Visible under ultraviolet light, time staining is to the edges of the sheet. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
