The side edges are covered by the artist’s wooden strip frame. A tiny loss is to the upper edge by the left corner. A hairline crack and abrasion are to the lower left corner and a slender abrasion is to the hat of the central figure. A few paint accretions are scattered to the hat of the front central figure and forehead of the back central figure. Faint brown accretions are scattered to the lower edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
