The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
A strip frame is affixed to the side edges of the canvas. Minor wear is to the corner-tips. Drying cracks and hairline cracks, some of which have been stabilized by an adhesive, are scattered throughout the canvas. An area of lifting is to the center left edge. A few tiny losses are to some impasto peaks, one most notably to the lower right corner in an orange painted passage. Visible under ultraviolet light, a few small spots of inpainting are to the center right edge in a blue painted passage, most notably to the hairline cracking.
