The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and undulates slightly. The sheet has shifted slightly in tone. Artist's pinholes are to the corner-tips. A tiny nick is to the upper left corner and two tiny tears are to the lower right edge. Two small spots of adhesive residue are to the lower left edge. Visible under close inspection, drying cracks with a few tiny associated losses are to the passages of heavier impasto. A few faint hairline cracks with slight associated lifting and a few pinpoint losses are center in a green painted passage. Two faint linear abrasions are to the upper left quadrant in a pink painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
