The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work has not been examined outside of its frame. Hairline cracks and drying cracks are intermittent, and a small radial crack is to the center upper edge. Minor wear is to some impasto peaks, some with associated discoloration and pinpoint losses. A few pinpoint losses are near the lower left edge. A minute brown accretion is near the lower edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
