The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Minor wear is to the corner tips and turning edges, most notably to the lower turning edge. Hairline cracks are to the white painted passages, and very fine hairline cracks and nascent cracks are scattered to the extreme edges within the black. A few hairline abrasions are to the lower third, and a few handling marks are to the lower right edge. A few drip accretions are also visible, most notably to the lower half. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
