The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is fully laid down to the board and the board is hinged to the mat at the upper edge. The sheet has shifted slightly in tone and time staining is to the margins of the board near the sheet, not visible when matted and framed. Very minor wear is to the upper right and lower left corner-tips. Two tiny losses are to the painted passages by the telephone. Visible under close inspection, faint handling marks are occasional and slight skinning is near the lower center edge of the sheet. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
