The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas is slightly slack and small holes are periodically to the side edges of the canvas, likely from a previous framing. Minor wear and slight rubbing is to the corner-tips and turning edges of the canvas and a tiny loss is to the upper right corner-tip. A small spot of possible inpainting is to the upper edge. Slight soiling is to the black painted passages of the canvas. A few pinpoint accretions are occasional. Fine linear abrasions are scattered, most notably to the edges in black painted passages and one is to center. A few fine hairline cracks are to the left of center in a blue painted passage. A fine horizontal crease is to the lower register of the canvas in a silver painted passage. Drying cracks are to the edges of the central image within the circular shapes. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
