The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Rubbing with a few tiny associated losses are to the corner-tips and turning edges. A few pinpoint losses are occasional, most notably to center in a pink pained passage and a faint area of rubbing is to the lower left extreme edge. Visible under close inspection and ultraviolet light, a small drip accretion is visible near the lower center edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
