The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined outside of its frame, and the side edges are covered by tape. Scattered cracks are to the corners with a small pinpoint loss and small area of lifting to the upper left corner. Drying cracks are scattered. A few hairline scuffs are also scattered, most notably to the door, and two compressed impasto peaks are also to the door. A few pinpoint accretions are also scattered. A vertical linear loss is to the right upper edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
