The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Minor protrusions are along the edges, in keeping with the artist's choice of support. Pigment variation and small occasional drip marks are in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
