The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is fully mounted to the backing board at the corner-tips and periodically along the edges. The edges of the sheet are slightly deckled. A fine layer of surface dust is present, most notably to the passages with thicker applied paint. Minor wear and a few faint creases are to the corner-tips and edges. A few tiny artist's skips are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
