The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Slight rubbing is to the corner-tips and turning edges and a faint canvas draw is to the upper right corner-tip. A crease is to the center of the canvas, likely in keeping with the artist's choice of medium. Faint drying cracks are to the upper left quadrant in a white painted passage. Visible under close inspection and raking light, fine hairline cracks are to the horizontal crease near center. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
