The sheet is hinged to the backing board periodically and undulates slightly. Linear voids of media are to the corners of the paper, likely a result of the artist's working method and studio practice. The vertical and lower edges are deckled and artist pinholes are to the corners. A small accretion is to the lower left passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
