The work is mounted on a cloth covered wood support. Wear with associated losses is along the edges and to the corners. Fine hairline cracking is to the white painted passages, visible under close inspection. A possible impact with pinpoint losses is to a black painted passage at center right and two small losses are to the upper right quadrant. Two small dents are along the left edge, one above center and one near the lower left corner. Two diagonal surface scuffs are to the upper right quadrant, visible under raking light. A shiny accretion is near the upper left corner. Some passages to the white painted passages have an uneven sheen. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
