The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) There are frame abrasions with associated losses to the extreme edges, center left edge, the two lower corners and center lower edge. Also at the upper right corner and extreme upper edge in the center and in places at the extreme left edge.
(ii) There is some slight undulation throughout. The extreme left and right edges are slightly uneven.
(iii) The extreme right and left edges are uneven. There are pin-point holes to the upper corners and to lower right corner. There is some minor surface soiling to the lower left quadrant.

The condition of lots sold can vary widely due to factors such as age, previous damage, restoration, repair, and wear and tear. The nature of the lots sold means that they will rarely be in perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
