The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

La surface est légèrement poussérieuse. Les irrégularités sur la surface de l'œuvre (petits éclats de bois et de matière) sont inhérentes au médium et à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Présence de très légères traces de manipulation le long des bords. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l'œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

The surface is slightly dusty. The irregularities to the surface of the work (small pait and wood chips) are inherent to the medium and the method used by the artist. There are very slight handling marks along the edges. Examined under UV light: no visible inpaiting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
