The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue description, with margins, very pale light-staining, time staining, faint pencil lines in the margins, a 3⁄8-in. pale moisture stain at the lower right sheet corner, very pale surface soiling towards the sheet edges, the reverse toned (slightly showing through), hinge remains in places on the revese sheet edges, othewise in good condition
