The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on canvas. Not lined. With the artist's pinholes at the corners and right centre edge. Some frame abrasion with a few small associated paint losses in places and surface dirt. Some very fine lines of craquelure in the thick impasto. Minor surface dirt. Examined under ultra-violet light: nothing shows. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
