The top has possibly been been re-positioned and re-affixed to the stem, the upper collar of the stem has had repairs and a section possibly replaced. The top is also slightly lighter in color compared to the base likely a result of some sun-fading. This is visible in the online catalogue photos. There are the general overall marks, nicks, surface scratches throughout, and tiny old repairs particularly to the edge of the top, consistent with age and use.
