The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear with a few scratches throughout and traces of tarnish. Brooch fitted with double clip back and single safety catch, earrings fitted with clip backs.
-Sapphires: main cabochon on brooch estimated to weight approximately 24.00 - 28.00 carats (dimensions: 19.41 x 15.38 x 8.14 mm). Remaining sapphire with some typical inclusions, a few surface reaching and few chips on the surface.
-Emeralds: with some typical inclusions, a few surface reaching and few chips on the surface.
-Diamonds: on average G to H colour, VS to SI clarity.
