The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age, including abrasion marks, indentations to the metal and traces of tarnish. Some evidence of solder. Slightly distorted. Fitted with secure clasp and safety catch.
-Rubies: with typical inclusions, surface reaching, abraded surface and chips. Some of them with more prominent fissures. A few rubies fractured.
-Diamonds: on average G to I colour, VS to SI clarity.
