The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, including some abrasion marks, light indentations and traces of tarnish to the clip backs and the pin. Evidence of yellow painting with some losses to the front of all the elements, and to the reverse of the brooch. Brooch fitted with double pin clip back and single safety catch; earrings fitted with retractable posts and clip backs for pierced and non-pierced ears.
-Additional marks: Au750, Ti, Titanium, Italian maker's mark (unidentified).
-Cultured pearls: with typical blemishes, such as wrinkles and a very few pits.
-Diamonds: on average G to H colour, VS to SI clarity.
-Treated yellow diamonds: VS to SI clarity.
