The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, including abrasion marks and traces of tarnish. Necklace fitted with secure clasp and safety catch; earrings fitted with clip backs.
-Additional marks: Italian maker's mark (unidentified), 18K, 750, SRS (earrings, partially indistinct).
-Cultured pearls: of white to cream bodycolour, with rosé overtones. With several typical blemishes such as pits, bumps, variation to the nacre and a lot of crazing.
-Sapphires: with typical inclusions, some surface reaching and surface with abrasion marks.
-Emeralds: with visible typical inclusions, several surface reaching and several cavities throughout.
-Diamonds: on average VS to SI clarity. Colour cannot be gauged due to the yellow mounting.
