The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: very good. Shows minor signs of wear with light scratches. Brooch fitted with single pin and safety catch (fitting detachable).
-Additional marks: Pt 850, maker's mark (partially indistinct).
-Rubies: oval-shaped with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching; the remaining rubies with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching and one with chip.
-Diamonds: on average H to I colour, VS clarity.
