The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: fair. Shows prominent signs of wear, including abrasion marks, indentations to the metal, traces of tarnish, evidence of solder and resizing.
-Additional marks: Italian maker’s mark (unidentified).
-Sapphires: 36.376 carats (SSEF), with typical inclusions, some surface reaching. The remaining with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, one trapeze-shaped with cavity on the pavilion.
-Diamonds: on average VS clarity. Colour cannot be gauged due to the yellow mounting.
