The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, some small scratches.
- Additional marks: baroque pearl necklace marked EY750, 367CTF, 626, 750, Italy; a few necklaces marked SILVER.
- Fittings: a few necklaces with secure clasp.
- Cultured pearls: of cream body colour, some with rose overtone, some with greenish overtone; baroque pearls of white body colour, greyish and pinkish overtone; with typical blemises, some with nacres and growth marks; one small cultured pearl missing on clasp.
- Purple sapphires: well matched; with a few typical inclusions, a few surface-reaching.
