The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, scratches and small nicks throughout.
- Additional marks: 14K.
- Fittings: pendent earrings pendant detachable, with screw fitting, for non-pierced and pierced ears; earrings with post fittings, for pierced ears.
- Jadeite: with typical fissures.
- Diamond: over 120 round and baguette-cut diamonds with total approximate weight of 3.00 - 4.00 carats, bright and lively.
