The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Rubies (Gem & Pearl Laboratory): 26 rubies ranging in weight from approximately 0.75 carat to 0.45 carat, very approximately 13.0-16.0 carats total
- Clips with good tension, metal unsigned, some light scratches and abrasion to ruby facets commensurate with age
