The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- French assay marks for 18 carat gold and silver, maker's mark SCA for Cartier
- Movement ticking at the time of cataloguing, however working order and time keeping cannot be guaranteed at time of purchase
