The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good, earrings with post and clip fittings, necklace with secure clasp and safety catch. Last link of necklace is held in place with one connecting loop (instead of two) making it looser than the rest. Necklace numbered. Earrings with some solder near posts - probably converted from clip to post fittings
- Diamonds: approximate total weight of necklace 10.00-12.00 carats; of earrings 1.00-1.20 carats, colour difficult to gauge due to settings, on average VS clarity, a few SI clarity
- Emeralds: approximate total weight on necklace 2.00 and 1.35 carats; on drops of earrings 0.50 and 1.45 carats and 1.00 and 0.65 carats (unable to access depths of emeralds on surmount), typical surface reaching inclusions and small cavities throughout
