The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Minor signs of wear.
- Metal unsigned.
- Emerald: measures approximately 14.50 x 13.40 x 10.90 mm (Gem & Pearl Laboratory), with typical natural inclusions, a few surface reaching and eye visible, some scratches and nicks to the surface.
- Diamonds: ranging from approximately 0.40 to 1.40 carats, total weight approximately 7.50 - 8.50 carats, assessed to be on average I to J colour, VS clarity, a few SI clarity.
