The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Wear commensurate with age. Area of slight discolouration to the reverse. Necklace clasps secure, with single pin fitting that can be screwed to the reverse of the body - please note that the screwdriver is deficient. Case with signs of wear.
- Additional marks: French assay marks for 18 carat gold, maker's marks (to pendant and brooch fitting) 'P maple leaf L' for Paul Liénard, necklace clasp with additional indistinct French maker's mark.
- Citrines: with a few typical inclusions, small nicks to the facets.
- Enamel: overall in good condition, a few tiny areas of loss.
- Pearls: in good condition.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 0.30 - 0.40 carat.
