The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: very good. Shows minor signs of wear and abrasions throughout. Please note emerald and diamond pendant is detachable from diamond necklace and may be worn separately.
-Additional marks: 750 (pendant and necklace).
-Emerald: 9.19 carats (AGL, stated by client). With typical eye-visible inclusions, some surface reaching and abrasions. Minor nicks and chips found on facet junctions.
-Diamonds: G to H color, VS clarity with some SI examples.
