The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows signs of normal wear including light scratching throughout. Evidence of sizing. One emerald deficient
-Emeralds: cabochon emerald with heavy inclusions, many surface reaching, and with minor nicks. Round emeralds with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, and many with minor nicks. One round emerald deficient.
-Diamonds: H to I color, SI clarity.
