The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Each shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age. Brooch fitted with a single pinstem at the reverse.
-Diamonds: J to K color, SI clarity.
-Pearls (necklace): pendant pearl of cream bodycolor and minor abrasions; pearls on the chain of gray bodycolor and some irregularities to the nacre.
-Pearls (brooch): of white bodycolor, most with dull nacre, some dimpling and abrasions.
-Enamel: with some abrasions and minor points of discoloration.
