The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear, with minor abrasions throughout silver, oxidation traces, lack of gild. Accompanied by a wooden pencil drawing from 1902 explaining and illustrating the different ways in which the tiara can be worn and transformed; and three replacement screws. Gross weight of each element: 7.9 grams (chain); 5.4 grams (hair clips); 4.6 grams (brooch); 3.4 grams (lapel clips); 1.7 grams (little brooch) and 62.6 grams (complete tiara).
- Diamonds: carat weight can not be exactly gauged due to diamonds cut. Some diamonds deficients. Bright and lively.
