Each modelled as an elaborately dressed couple, 'Summer' holding a sickle and her companion 'Autumn' with an apron full of fruit, 'Spring' holding a posy of flowers and her companion 'Winter' modelled wearing a fur-lined jacket and hat and iceskates, each before bocage on pierced and scroll-moulded base
