The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good condition overall.
At catalogued, regilt. The gilding bright and with minor rubbing and wear as well as dirt and dust deposits to the finials, which would benefit from a gentle clean.
The blue john with minor marks, surface scratches, natural inclusions and knocks consistent with age and use.
One top with what appears to be natural inclusions and not cracks to the underside. Not visible to th surface and compeltely stable.
With additional holes to inside of legs, possibly a previous possitio for the central rings.
One: Later threading behind one caryatid and some points of infill to the base. Small crack through the blue john vase but stable and along a line of natural inclusion.
The other: with some replaced bolts to feet.
Overall in good decorative order and ready to place.
